Applications of Terra M in Aquaponics: Promoting Sustainable Agriculture with IoT
Aquaponics is a perfect agricultural model to depict the self-sustaining behavior of nature. The nutrient-rich water disposed from the fish farming is used for cultivating the greens, mostly leafy crops. Therefore, the main input is just the fish food. The excreta of the fish, the leftover fish food and other decayed plant matter undergoes mineralization when the residing bacteria converts it into highly alkaline Ammonia.
